Ordering & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order after placing it? No. We maintain a strict No Cancellation policy. Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Can I change the size or color of an item after I’ve ordered? Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your cart and the size guide before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
What should I do if my tracking link isn’t working? Tracking links usually take 24 hours to activate after the courier picks up the package. If it still doesn’t work after 48 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Dashmesh Sons follows a Strict No Return / No Refund / No Exchange policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or “wrong size” ordered by the customer.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do? In the rare event that you receive a manufacturing defect or the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or store credit. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
The Mandatory Unboxing Video
Why is an unboxing video mandatory? To protect both our customers and our business from transit damage or fraudulent claims, we require objective proof of the package condition upon arrival. This is a non-negotiable requirement for any claim.
How do I record a valid unboxing video? 1. Start the video before opening the courier seal. 2. The video must be continuous and unedited (no pauses or cuts). 3. Clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the package. 4. Open the package and inspect the item clearly on camera. Any video recorded after the package is already open will not be accepted.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateways.
Are my payment details safe? Yes. We use industry-standard encryption. Dashmesh Sons does not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
