Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dashmesh Sons. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days.
Express Shipping: (If applicable) Estimated delivery within 3 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, transit issues, or carrier delays. Dashmesh Sons is not responsible for these external delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/message containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
As per our Refund and Return Policy, please remember that our liability for transit damage ends once the package is delivered unless you provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
Check the courier seal upon arrival.
If the package appears heavily tampered with or open, please record the condition before accepting it or refuse the delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dashmesh Sons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Since we have a No Cancellation/No Modification policy, please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service directly. Dashmesh Sons is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
