Return & Refund Policy

At Dashmesh Sons, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality items at the best prices, we maintain a strict No Return / No Refund / No Cancellation policy.

1. Final Sale Policy

All orders placed on our website are considered Final Sale. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer:

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or “wrong size” ordered by the customer.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer size or color exchanges.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and the business, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any claim.

  • The video must start from the moment you begin opening the courier seal.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the item inside.

  • No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

3. Limited Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Items)

We only provide a replacement or a store credit in the following rare circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a clear functional defect.

  • Transit Damage: If the product arrives physically damaged (confirmed by the unboxing video).

  • Wrong Product: If you received an item entirely different from what you ordered.

Timeline for Claims: You must report these issues to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective or wrong item is unavailable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
